Hey! Sooooo boyfriend said he would pay for me to run a full marathon. All I do is talk about running and how much I miss it and so on. So, starting last Monday I began training. I found an 18 week program for marathon beginners. plan is to do a full 18 week training program, enter a half marathon, rest, then do an advanced training for a full marathon and then race...26 miles HERE I COME!
So far:
Monday: cross train
Tuesday: 3 miles
Wednesday: 5 miles
Thurdsday: 3 miles
Friday: rest
Saturday: 5 miles pace for 8 miles
Sunday/Today: 5 miles

This week has been a little off just because school is going on. I did three miles yesterday and then 5 today with some resistance training. Diet is going well. Trying to keep it all balanced and clean. nutritionist said that I should get some sort of sweets/dessert/"treat" with one of meals daily so that I don't get caught back up in being to strict. I am trying not to over think it but still catch myself battling with some negative and obsessive thoughts. But training is going well and the weekend starts tomorrow! Happy early MLK day everyone! I will be out of town so won't be back till Tuesday.
