Hi,
I have tried so many products for losing weight. But so far I haven’t found any products which give good results without any side effects. Now, I'm looking for products that have no side effects and can help me to control weight. Can anyone help me?
Are there any weight loss products that have no side effects

what bossman said. i mean, if you're looking for "SCIENTIFICALLY PROVEN" stuff, GOOD DIET and sticking religiously to a very good WORKOUT routine is the most proven method of weight loss and even muscle building. its understandable how alot of people get caught up with "proven pills" cause they get alot of t.v time and lazy couch potatoes watching t.v all day will no doubt catch on eventually..
im not putting anyone down, again im not one to diss anyone but thats just reality. and seriously, even if they gave me a real proven pill and it really really works, i prolly wont even take it cause then i'll feel like an . i love the feeling of going home maxed out and taking the long commute even during snow storms just to get reps in no matter what. i mean every gym rat in here knows how it feels like being in that atmosphere where everybody is sweating, working hard and making time no matter how tight their schedules are....
seriously though, its very very understandable that everyone looks for quick stuff. and heck some of them prolly works but again even if they were giving free pills or 'roids, i wont bite cause i don't wanna cheat way to goals. everyone in here who works his/her tail off should be able to relate to that. and its a constant battle with KFC, MCDONALDS and PIZZA's but i haven't been in any of those joints in a few months.

Weight Loss Supplements and Drugs
Yes, I can help. I've studied supplements and weight loss aids for thirty years. Hears the skinny - 'drugs' have side effects. So, stay off the stimulants. Many 'natural' alternatives make claims that can't be proven. Bottom line, the best way to approach it is to find what works for you. Green Tea has been highly effective for many - so has hoodia. Even caffeine will increase metabolism because it increaes heart rate. Side effects are minimal with a natural solution. Stay away from any stimulant in the evening (or late afternoon) to help guarantee a good night's sleep.
So advice is to keep it natural, try a few different alternatives until you find something that helps. The danger you face with a weight loss product - psychologically externalizing an internal problem, which is, in your own mind - how you deal with poor habits and little or no impulse control. You need a map to follow that makes your effort 'effortless' and last for the rest of your life. Dig? The best weight loss book in the industry is 'The Untold Secrets of Permanent Weight Loss'. You can find it on the net.

i find you get alot of people saying theyve tried "everything" to lose weight and nothing works. theyve tried every pill, and herbal tea going but nothing! alot of these people say theyre trying to slim down but are really cheating themselves by eating what they want, but because theyre on this "magic pill" they try and justify it.
people lose sight of whats important (exercise and eating properly) and focus too much on teas or slimming pills or supplements when they really should just get there heads down and get on with it.

Thing is though effective weight loss, isn't necessarily healthy weight loss, I won't bang on about Hoodia in any way, but site has a review based on own research.mastertrainer1 wrote: Green Tea has been highly effective for many - so has hoodia.
Not criticising what you said, just making an additional point.
