fiance is currently exercising and eating timely with good portions, but she is getting discouraged with her weight on the scale.
Her and I have noticed physical changes from the resistance training(flatter stomach, toning up arms, and thigh reduction). I'm trying to inform her that she is probably trading for muscle at the moment.
What can I do to promote fast loss, or just some differences on the weight scale. I'm thinking it may be her food portions? Lack of additional protein? I'm stumped.
