Pull up migraines

Post by Dakdak »

When i do pulls ups, after like 30 i start to get migraines. I make sure that i breathe and have great form but i still get these migraines. Any suggestions on why this happens or how to it?

Does this happen any other time? For example if you're doing push ups?

I had a similar problem recently, where I was doing bicep curls, going for the last rep and then felt head was about to explode. I figured I tore something on the back of neck due to poor form which triggered the headache, someone had work had the same problem due to a work injury.

I didn't do anything for 2 weeks then got back into it slowly for one week (pretty much just pushups and hand/wrist exercises) and now I feel a lot better, although I'm still afraid I might injure myself again.

so lineback your suggesting taking some time off from doing them and try going back into it slowly. Like maybe starting easy with someone supporting me slightly to lessen the weight?
