i want ask....i'm new in gym...i already buy Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey.....only use 1 scoop.....i want to build muscle......any supplement..any suggest..can any body help me....
If it's got a decent amount of Carbs in it, you'll be fine, but if not, it won't work as well as one that does.
Basically don't get hung up on stuff like that for now. If you wanted other kinds of regular supps like Vit C, Synthetic D, CLA, Multivit, etc etc, then fine, but bodybuilding supps, I'd stick to a basic Protein and Carbs thing, and don't sweat the supps, because a lot of them are too expensive and / or pointless, and in some cases better for when you're good and solid, and they will work better, like Creatine for example.

As Boss stated, you need the carbs, but not a lot of supps. Just have a clean carb source with your shake, such as oats, rice, wheat pasta, etc...Anything other than fruit, and you'll be fine.
