how to get abs like this!!!!!

hey ive been working on abs for a while now
and i wanted to know how do i get this lower part like in this picture

lift heavy, eat well,and dont spend time on them.

i never work abs yet they are quite defined,as i lift heavy and eat well.

you get all your ab work from deads,squats etc anyway.

well newcomers do come to the site, and some will take your printed words as flirtatious and try their luck.

Not to sound like a prude or anything. but if a girl gets a large boob job then gets mad when guys look it is kinda silly is it not?

Wrong!!! I do think many people on this site have a laugh and a joke and much of it is flirty. I said that these guys contacting me was a 'pet peeve'. I didnt say it major issue. What is a major issue to me is people trying to tell me i am asking for it.
