workout

Post by chebic »

I am wondering if working out 5 days a week is ok...

Monday: chest, tricep, delt, trapt

Tuesday: bicep, back, lat

Wed: Legs

Thursday: Same thing as monday if muscles are not sore. if muscles are sore, i take a day off or just do cardio, and on friday i try to work many muscles with in an hour (chest, tricep, delt, trapt, bicep, back lat)

Friday: bicep, back lat

and for abs, i work out abs when ever it hits mind.

you have to have a set schedule. Try to work abs in there somehow.

Monday: Triceps, Chest
Teusday: Biceps, Back
Wednesday: Legs, Cardio
Thursday: Abs
Friday: Shoulders, Forearms, and anything else you want to include

This is just a suggestion, you dont have to follow this schedule exactly.

I disagree but if you dont want to then move wednesdays workout to friday, cancel fridays workout, and rest on wednesday.

your kidding right? how do you expect your muscles to recover if your working out everyday? you dont grow in the gym you grow when you rest.

Monday - Lower
Tuesday - Upper
Wednesday - Off
Thursday - Cardio/core
Friday - Lower
Saturday - Upper
Sunday - Off

Drop the muscle splits and either go with an upper/lower split like above or full body workouts.
