I weigh 130 lbs. I love Creatine Burst by Pro Performance. I love it. I am able to lift heavier and have more energy. I'll have one serving right after work out on lifting days and one serving when i get up on non-lifting days.
Genral lean condition. I'm talkinmg someone of average or below average Fat with good lifting ability. People sometimes referred to as "skinny fat", would'nt get as much out of it as say a solid 170lb lifter, as a guy who's 170 solid, probably has at least 18 - 24 months lifting under his belt.
I ask because I'm currently weighing in at 180 with 4+ years of lifting for athletics under belt. diet is in really good shape, all fruits, veggies, and proteins with some whole bread thrown in just on sandwiches. I was thinking of using creatine, would you suggest it then for me? The only catch is I don't know how much mass I'm looking to add really, since I play in a 172 lb restricted football league in the fall.
I think you're the right kind of size to make decent gains off it, but don't forget many if not all, retain water, so if you're in a weight restricted team, water weight off Creatine might not be in your best interests, energy and Power benefits aside.
Difficult to say, as it might vary from person to person.
Realistically probably not though, as you can tend to lose a little anyway, if you do the 2-3 months on 1 off system, but if you're potentially not using it for several months at a spin, then it's likely the power gains will just dissapear, making the usage of Creatine a waste of time.
