I really wan to build a 6pack-abs but i have a small . I understand that i have to remove the layer of fats by doing cardio exe to build 6pack. However I've been increasing calories intake to gain weight as I'm a skinny guy, so by doing cardio exe, it will burn away calories and I'm afraid i might look thinner if i do so.
Should i still continue gaining weight or do cardio exercise to burn that little fats at tummy? What should i do to build 6pack-abs??
