hi friends
desperately want to reduce tummy any fixed diet......
and plz do tell me the exercises which can be done at home
thanx you'll help me a lot
I dont have a very big tummy but yeah it pops out a little so o tell

if you're already exercising then that isn't the problem...look at what you're eating, when, and how much of it

run in place

Spot reduction is not possible, it is a myth.
You must control your overall diet, and burn more calories than you take in each and every day to reduce body size.
Be sure to work your muscle exercises too in order to keep tone and to burn more fat off.
