head pain when doing jump rope.

Post by ChoYongGi »

when i come back from school and start jump roping, head doesnt hurt at all, its alll normal. however when i jump rope after 3 hours from waking up on saturdays, left side of head has this really weird pain. is this due to lack of blood in brain? or do i need more warm up? because i did 3sets of 10reps of push ups and 3 sets of sit ups. i also eat before i workout like an hour or something so yeah. any ideas why? or tips? thanks

you probably sleep funny and have tension in the neck/head area that wears off during the day

Exercise induced headaches can sometimes be reduced or eliminated by a careful warm up. It could be that by the end of the day you are more fully warmed up than in the morning.

Google: "Exercise induced headaches" for some articles on the subject.
