ok so i do back and biceps triceps and chest and then legs

should it be back and tris chest and bis?

on back and bis day i do forearms

If you're training with weights 3x a week you would be better off doing a full body routine.

Wait so you work out every day?! That's called over training, your progress will be limited, maybe even regress over time, and you will be fatigued. It's not really powerlifting, it's just a good weight training program.

yeah i workout everyday. day1 bis and back day 2 tris and chest day 3 legs and abs

how is that overtraining?

Because you're working out every single day, you need to rest.

Tue:HIIT
Wed:Weights
Thr:OFF
Fri:Weights
Sat:HIIT
Sun:OFF

Rinse and repeat.

It,S not a "powerlift thing", when I hear this I'm ready to kill.

Squat deadlifts bench rows lunges and vertical pull + overhead press is ALL you need ... Plus food

so now im gonna do this

day 1 chest back forearms
day 2 rest
day 3 legs biceps and triceps
day 4 rest
then day 1 again

this is new one is it good?
