I am new to the ShapeFit Community and wanting to meet new people that have a "like-minded" mindset about living a healthier lifestyle in all areas; diet and working out. I have been doing a lot of research and have stumbled across a supplement called Lean System 7? I was curious if anyone else in the Community has heard of it or possibly tried it. From research, it definitely appears to be a well-recommended product and has clinical trials to back up the success of the product. However, I have always been hesitant about supplements outside of the routine multi-vitamins and things of that nature. Has anyone found a supplement that compliments their healthy lifestyle well? If so, please share.

You don't really need anything like that.
These are the things that will be best for many.
1. Protein Powder with Carbs.
2. Creatine, if you've got a good level of lean mass, so it works better.
3. Glutamine.
4. Possibly Arginine in Ketaglutarate form, rather than NO, as that kind of Arginine has enhanced performance, stimulates NO, but has more benefits.
5. Possibly ZMA.
6. Possibly Chromium
Other things like HMB, (Gamma-hydroxy Methyl Butyrate), are sometimes found in Powders, so that's okay, but don't waste time on them seperately.
Anything else listed as a specific bodybuilding or fat loss supplements / appetite suppressant, are not really necessary, often a waste of money, and often expensive.
Makes you wonder how anyone got to be a 200lb natural 30-40 years ago, without taking $60 herbal Protein powders with shed loads of Caffeine in them
.
Good to have you on board by the way.

Multivits aren't a must.
Multivits in some case could contribute to Vitamin and Mineral toxicity, and deficiencies from competition, if you already get enough Vits and Minerals.
Some could or should take them, but preferably about 1/2 a day, and make sure their digestible, as even for some, 1 a day may be little unnecessary.
