Okay, we can keep things simple, so it's easier for you to get back on track. no loads of choices, just simple.

Breakfast A: Bowl of Whole-grain Cereal + Scrambled Eggs.

Breakfast B: Half an Apple, or half a small Banana, or a small portion of Berries, give 10-15 minutes to digest, then have a small portion of Baked Beans, on a thin slice of Whole-grain toast.


AM Snack A:

Apple. leave to digest as outlined before, then have a small portion of low Fat Cheese.

AM Snack B:

8OZ Low Fat Yoghurt and a Raw Carrot, or a Large Tomato.


Lunch A:

Whole-grain Chicken or Turkey Sandwhich

Lunch B:

Small portion of Pasta, with bit's of Lean Ham or Turkey.


PM Snack A:

Portion of Peanuts or Nuts, then have a small portion of low Fat Cheese.

PM Snack B:

8 OZ Low Fat Yoghurt and a Raw Carrot, or a Large Tomato.


Dinner, whatever is made.


Evening Snack A:

Small Whole-grain Chicken or Turkey Sandwhich.


Evening Snack B:

Bit of Tomato, Lettuce, Cucumber combined, and some Chicken, or Turkey.

This keeps things simple, so you're not baffled by choices. Hopefully this should get you back on track for now.
