lil question, lil help ?

well, hi guys ...this is 1st post , i dont know if u can help me abt dat or not , im 5.6 feet , 149 lbs, 32 inch waist ...i've been dreaming abt having 6 pack abs , im doing some home exercise without going to gym

btw,im not following any diet ... =S :shock:

questions is ... following these exercises will i've perfect abs or i need to lose fat and lifting some weights

i've been doing these exercises for abt 10 days , 3 time per day ( 50 reps) each exercise and i notices some changes in abs

As one poster once stated and I quote:

"abs are made in the kitchen not the gym frd"

You need to clean up your diet. Exercise alone will not give you a six pack, your wasting your time.

how long could it take to lose that fat and have a visible six pack abs u think ?

Can't answer that...every body is different. Try not to compare yourself to others. We are our own worse critics. Just clean up your diet and focus more on quality of the exercise vs. quantity.
