I remember when I began working out. It can be hard keeping patience while trying to follow a workout routine. Things may not be going as expected or you may not be happy with your results initially. Often times the first place new lifters and especially teens look to is creatine. Before you make a pricey impulse buy on the best, cutting-edge creatine formula, examine your workout plan to see where you can improve.
Do you get enough rest?
Are you eating healthy and getting enough protein?
Are you training too hard (yes, you can train too hard) or not hard enough?
Are you changing up your workouts; using good form?
You need to ask yourself these things before you decide to go up to the next level of body building. It is so important to get a muscular foundation before even thinking to use a supplement like this...because you will get little to no results.
If you are a new lifter and decide to use it anyways, use the recommended dosage, no more. And drink as much water as you can.
Don't get me wrong, I support creatine use in experienced weightlifters. I've used it and gotten results, when I've cycled off of it, I've also lost some of those strength gains.
point is, before you use creatine, make sure you evaluate your workout and diet efficiency and have experience lifting weights for at least a year.
