Glutamine

I've hard about Peptides yes. I believe it is something about the breakdown of the Glutamine, that makes it better supposedly.
As for Protein question. Protein powders often have boosted Glutamine, but you can stack Freeform with them if you want, if perhaps it's a bit low in the type you have.
I don't think it makes that big a diference where the Glutamine comes from, as it should work the same pretty much right across the board.

In fairness, you could apply the same commentary to Fish Oil.
Especially as things like Flax, Omega Eggs, Soy, Avocados, and Nuts contain similar fat anyway, the difference being ALA needs converting to EPA and DHA first in the body.
Of course Fish already has those Fats.
Though yes, it's easier to get Glutamine in the diet than it is to get EPA, DHA or ALA.
Plus sometimes sleep problems can be cauded by an issue in the Brain, a condition, like Restless Leg Syndrome as an example, stress, or one or two other things, difficult to control.
I certainly would advocate Glutamine for sleep over any sort of sleeping pills.

RLS results from Myoclonus a type of twitching, jerking or spasm.
Normally you can sometimes get Mycolonus, when you have the situation where you just drift off to sleep, and then get that little jerk or twitch that wakes you up.
With RLS you probably don't get such a sharp, heavy jerk, but you do get many jerks or twitches, which are likely to be milder, which can result in some mild kind of pain, which is only relieved by moving the Legs.
However the dissipation of the sensations is temporary, and once you stop moving your Legs, they come back pretty soon afterwards, resulting in problems with sleeping.
RLS to knowledge is chronic, therefore having no real cure, and I don't think it has any solid treatment protocol or modality, and also the reasoning behind why it starts, is something I don't think science has any serious understanding of, or indeed why it doesn't occur when you're up and about normally.
It might happen if you were lying down watching TV, not just in bed, but it is a very curious condition none the less.
