No. Many if not all Slendertone products are false and rubbishy shameful products.

Incidentally a guy on a TV show last week was trying one for two weeks. He collpased on the floor because the stimulus was hurting his Stomach, then he pissed himself.

In opinion, if you are so lazy that you can't get off your and WORK for those ABs, then you don't deserve them. Honestly I think its a load of bull. You can't buy abs. Unless you go get implants. Plus, could you honestly think you're going to get toned sitting on your ? Prob not. I looked on the website and it's like, $150. Rip Off.
