Breakfast before cardio?

Post by carllecat »

Hey guys,

Every mornings or so, I bike 12 km (7.46 miles) to work with mountain bike and keep a 32 km/h speed (almost 20 mph). pedaling time is always around +/- 26 minutes.

I do that cardio session on an empty stomach and I make sure I eat right when I get to the office. Is that a good idea?

Also, during lunch time, I FBW on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and do some score exercises on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

At the end of the day, I go back home on bike.

Please do not tell me I am riding too much... I feel way better pedaling for 30 minutes than being jammed in the traffic!

In the morning, empty stomach or not?

Thanks in advance!

no, have a protein shake and some fruit before it with your normal breakfast at the office

you shouldn;t really need the score exercises (whatever they are) withriding each day and wts 3/week
