Hi!
I've lost 10 lbs (down to 160lbs) but hit a plateau and decided to do HIIT.
On days off HIIT, I have been strength training, but I wanted to know if I should be doing it to overload? main goal right now is to lose.

hiit is really good especially if your trying to lose pounds nope i use to do that i did strength trainging and HIIT and i lose alot of pounds try to keep your workout under an hour and 30 min try to keep it somewhere around there because then if u workout longer your over doinging it big time
