Hi.I'm considering trying these two fat reducers but dont know which one will do.Im 5'6 65kg with about 23%
body fat.Im currently enrolled in a gym doing both cardio and muscle building .on second month now but I dont seem to be losing a lb so I turned to these supplements.BTW,I think Im gaining a little bit of muscle that I myself noticed.
Personally I'd probably suggets CLA over Carnitine, but we should see what you eat, and when you eat it. That should be the main focus right now I think, rather than using supplements to patch over any cracks.
