Need help making a workout program. any takers?

I have been missing in action for some time now. Due to a new form of life with being on own, having a house and bills to cover, a new boyfriend, school and just lack of being motivated after trying to balance all of this has not been easy. Wondering if anyone could help me set up a workout plan.

goal: its funny bc bf now says I looked better when I weighted more. :) “you looked healthyâ€

you'll definately need some heavier wts somweher as we cant make things harder by taking away stability (go to 1 leg from 2 legs etc)
