Ab-training- need help

I do
10x4 sit ups
crunches, legs up 10x3 and
crunches alternating legs 4x10
4times a week after warming up...

is this a right program for abs?? plz need ur help...

not really

best ab exercises are:

prone plank variations

side ab plank variations

pallof press variations

roll out variation

I tried planks today. I must not have been doing them right cause I didn't fell anything. I guess I need to have a look at someone on you tube.

you should form a perfect straight line from your head to your toes, have someone put a broomstick along your spine

Couldn't of said it better myself. The easy part is in the gym, any resistance training will help develop your abs - the hard part comes when you have to keep the naughty stuff away from your mouth, and burn extra calories doing cardio
