Glute Exercises

Post by luapjb »

Hey first post for me, I'm a new user.
Interested in knowing the best ways to improve the appearance of buttocks. I know lunges are a good place to start.
Also, if anyone has a good story about building up a flat butt, that'd help inspire me. Cheers!

First things first: use the right terminology. Callipygian.

"I want a callipygian rear end."

(Everything else was covered above.)

From Farlex, Free Dictionary On-line:

cal·li·pyg·i·an (-pj-n) also cal·li·py·gous (-pgs)
adj.
Having beautifully proportioned buttocks.

An important member of your vocabulary.
