Apples
Chicken
Cheese
PB&J sandwich <- or is that 3 things? :?

This was really difficult. I had to leave out eggs, oatmeal, almonds, fish! :shock: Not to mention chocolate! :cry:

PB&J is 3 things. Sorry. You can only have the P the B or the J but you can't have it all. goodness its fun being the one gets to make the rules! I feel like the queen or something. :mrgreen:

Packard, yes I chose grapes because I can eat them plain or make wine when times get tough. I took about 45 minutes to come up with list so really chose wisely. :)

And a very tasty one at that! I love fruit on salads! In the summer I make a spinach salad with walnuts, strawberries, raspberry vinegarette, feta, and avacado. Yum! Get in !!!

5. Chicken

(I assume that condiments are "freebies" on this list.)

Hydration:

1. Molsen
2. Starbucks Pikes Place black coffee
3. Coke (Mexican)
4. Carbonated soft drinks
5. Water



Energy:

1. Milky Way
2. Godiva Chocolate (milk)
3. Oreo Cookies
4. Mallomars
5. Chocolate thick shakes



Depression recovery:
1. Haagen Daz, various flavors
2. Beer, various brands
3. Anything except oatmeal
4. Cashew nuts
5. Pistacio nuts

I'd use the old line with Packard, that it takes one to know one, but in fairness, as I don't have a homo-bovine fetish, I'd be shooting myself in the foot.
