hey, so ive been watching what i eat and working out and doing cardio for about 2 months now and ive ended up losing about 15 lbs. i was wondering, how much can i safely lose? i am 16, 6'2'' and starting out i weighed about 186 lbs and now i weigh about 171. ive put on some muscle but i'd like to see some more definition.
also, after i get down to a weight im comfortable with, how do i maintain that weight? i'd like to put on more muscle but i'm clueless when it comes to the exercises that i should be doing. i know that putting on more muscle means i will gain some of the weight back but i want to make sure that it's lean body mass. right now i do a full body workout every other day but i'd like to make bigger gains.
