how much can i lose?

hey, so ive been watching what i eat and working out and doing cardio for about 2 months now and ive ended up losing about 15 lbs. i was wondering, how much can i safely lose? i am 16, 6'2'' and starting out i weighed about 186 lbs and now i weigh about 171. ive put on some muscle but i'd like to see some more definition.

also, after i get down to a weight im comfortable with, how do i maintain that weight? i'd like to put on more muscle but i'm clueless when it comes to the exercises that i should be doing. i know that putting on more muscle means i will gain some of the weight back but i want to make sure that it's lean body mass. right now i do a full body workout every other day but i'd like to make bigger gains.

to get big you gotta lift big and that means squats, deadlifts, rows, bench pressess and pull ups will be your best bet

whats your body fat percentage?

i checked on the internet so i dont completely trust it but it says body fat percentage is about 17%
