body weight exercises
ive been doing the 100 push ups, 200 sit ups, and 200 squats challenge and was wondering if doing body weight exercises make you big and gain mass. i heard high reps just tone and builds muscular endurance but i just want to make sure. any answers would be greatly appreciated~ thanks shapefit community!

There are lots of gyms in Queens; I'm sure that there is one near where you live. You will need to add resistance if you want to build size and pushups will only take you just so far. (Pull ups have enough resistance that you will probably be OK with that exercise, but for legs, chest and spinal erectors you will need to use weights).

no bodyweight exercises dont make you big but they make you stronger thats why they say once you can do a number of pull ups/pushups with proper form and you cant feel it that much where your suppose to to add some resistance to it like a weighted vest, some bands (push ups) and weight plates.with weights, proper nutrition and rest you get big and strong

yes you can gain size with body weight just take a look at these guys. yes it does take a lot of volume to achieve it.
