Does this look good for muscle mass gaining?
light is 10 lbs, M is 15, H is 20, XH is 25lbs.
Day 1 Chest and Biceps
Chest:
Press-ups close grip 15 15 15 15
Dumbbell fly: 20L, 15M, 12H, 15 M.
Dumbbell bench press: 20L, 15M, 12H, 15 M.
Biceps:
Dumbbell curl: 12 M, 8 H, 8 H, 12 M.
Concentration curl: 12 M, 8 H, 5-6 XH, 8 H.
Alternative curls: 12 M, 8 H, 8 H, 12 M.
Day 2:
Abs exercise
Triceps:
Standing kick back: 15 L, 12 M, 10 M/H, 12 M.
Single arm extension: 10 10 10 10; 1 30 lbs.
Dips: 20 4 sets.
Day 3:
Legs:
Squat
Lunges
Calf raise
abs
Day 4: Shoulders
Dumbell rearfly: 15 L, 12 M, 10 M/H, 12 M;
Lateral raise: 15 L, 8 M, 8 M/H, 5 H, 8 M;
Dumbell shoulder press: 15 M, 10 H, 10 H, 15 M;
Dumbell front raise: 15 L, 12 M, 10 M/H, 12 M;
Upright row: 15 15 15 15 L; OR
Shrug: 20 20 20 20 H;
Day 5: Back
Dumbbell bent over row: 20L, 15 M, 12 M/H, 10H, 15 M.
Dumbbell single arm row: 15M, 12H, 8 XH, 12H.
Standing dumbbell single arm row: 15M, 12H, 8 XH, 12 H.
Chin-up: as many as i can do
Day 6: rest

I do abs exercise everyday but the day i workout soulders
I drink whey protein mixed in milk during and after workout. Also, i drink creatine after workout.

shit yes it would, you can't lift the same for all exercises

there's far too many crappy exercises (curls, kickbacks, shoulder raises etc)

day 2 - db bench press, lunge, bent row, standing single arm db row (??)
stay in the 6 - 12 rep range for each exercise
