Relena and B12/B6 Shots

Post by peachygg »

I was wondering if anyone else has tried this program, I stated and I am on 4 day that includes the first two stock up days, and I am down 2.5 pds. I want to know if anyone else has done this and how much they lost and what was the time period. The doctor says you can loose up to 1pd a day.

Thanks

Relena and B12/B6 Shots

Post by peachygg »

Well, I am using the restroom alot, but I am down more weight and I am starting to see a difference in the areas around stomach. The B12/B6 and ammo acid shot which I get once a week, gives you energy moves fat and helps the body not store the water, becasue I am drinking around 2 gals of water a day. I am also taking the Phendimetrazine which is a appatite suppresent, and muti-vitamen, chromine pictate to keep potassium in the body, or pill for more B12 and B6. Also the oral HCG also known as Relena. On a 500 cal diet. The stuff doesnt make me shaking or hyper, it give me a natural energy that makes me want to work out. The Releana diet is limited on food but its all about eating clean and living a healthy lifestyle. I have been on the program for 4 days and have lost 3.5 pds. I defienly will keep people posted on what is going on, but I may be crazy but I feel like I can see a difference in stomach already definition wise. If anyone else has tried it let me know.

Relena

Post by peachygg »

Yeah, that could be two, but this is a life change and the Relena is suppose to protect the body and make the body not want gain all that weight, you gradually work your way back up. And train and learn to eat properly.

I agree with amatlack, 500 calories a day is NOT healhty at all....
You might be losing muscle because you're not feeding your body.
I just don't want to hear that you fainted because you didn't eat enough.

I'm saying this out of concern but just be careful with those kind of things...
Losing weight that FAST might have a long term effect on your health!

By the way... Just curious

How long is the program?

And with do you eat with just 500 cals??

Chromium Picolinate is not as good as other forms of Chromium, like Nicotinate, Chromate, Polynicotinate.

It's been linked to baldness, and that debate still rumbles today, about the studies and subesequant analysing of the Genotoxicity claims, (mutation of DNA).

Chromium, not sure about its effects on Potassium, but it does help regulate Blood Glucose.

You can buy B complex supplements anyway, rather than just some kind of B12 / 6 Pill or whatever you're on. Some may not necessarily deliver the same levels of B as others, or potentially not digest as well.

I believe the Consumberlab site, should have analysis on differing B complex brands from memory.

Appetite suppressants with a 500 calorie Diet. Sounds like a seriously bad deal for your Thyroid, especially with heavy exercise.

That seriously sounds like all the ingredients for a Thyroid disease waiting to happen.

Also "nutritionist" is a title many can possess, but many aren't qualified to have.

I could legally operate in Britain with such a title, and make money doing so, but I wouldn't. I'm self educated, but not qualified, and I wouldn't betray principles or myself for money.

I'd check out what qualification the Nutritionist has, and it's reputation.

Amino Acid Shots? New one on me. First impressions, it sounds dubious, but I can say no more, as it is a first impression.

Well the program is as long as you need it to be with average of 20-30 pds lost per month. As for the food, I eat

Fruits-
Apples, Oranges, Stawberries (6) or 1/2 grapefruit

Veggies-
Spinach, Broccoli, Chard, Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Onions, Zucchuni, Green Lettuce, Califlower, Celery, and few others but cant remeber them

Meat-
Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breast, Crab, Shrimp, Lobster, Halibut, Jew Fish, Cod, Salmon, Talapia, Swordfish, and a couple others that cant remember this moment.

You get good food just smaller portions, I am actually eating about every 3 hrs.

And a gallon or water, but I have noticed that I am actually drinking more then that.

Im on the same injections and ive lost 25 pounds in 6 weeks

but im also eating mostly protein with maybe a total of 6 grams of carbs a day....which i get from veggies

i cut out sugar, rice, bread and all forms of white carbs

the program im doing is supervised by a medical physician who charges 400 bucks for 10 week...sick i know

i recently spoke with family physician and hes written me a prescription for b12 and b6 injections that i can have filled at pharmacy as soon as this 10 weeks program is up...so im happy to not have to shell out another 400 bucks for 10 more weeks

also i try to get atleast 30 mins of cardio in day ... walking kids 5 blocks to school has really helped with that

and i drink more than 8 glasses of water easily

Pink Grapefruit might be better, as a half a small one. Same kind of nurient profile, slightly better on some, a tiny bit less Vit C, but crcially has Lycopene, which regular doesn't.

You need to be sure though with Grapefruit, to heed caution if you're on meds, possibly ene with the awful appetite suppressant type things, as Grapefruit and the juice contains compounds which can interfere with some medications.

Anything that causes rapid weight loss, or requires weight loss to be induced through injections or something like that, should be avoided in opinon.

The body has ways to do that, without expensive and / or absurd treatments.

Snake Oil is not beneficial for anyone except dubious medics.
