Between those two?
There's Ectomorph, then Mesomorph, then Endomorph. I've neer heard of an intermediary body type, so I'm not entirely sure what you're referring to.
As for body type it's pretty much the same principles for weightlifting. 2 sets per muscle, Total body stuff, 3 alternate days a week, 4-6 weeks adaption, go from there.
This does depend on how recently you did weightlifting. If you did it as recently as about 7 days or less then you could go for something a little more solid. If you haven't done it for several months, best to do adaption stuff again, so you don't over tax the muscles after a long layoff. Basically ease back into it.

Re: How to train
I heard that most people dont just have one body type but have a little bit of another one too .. i did a test and it said i was inbetween ectopmorph and mesomorph lol.
so is 2 sets of 10 reps enough ? and i did weight lifting about 1 year ago thats when i gained a little bit of muscle but after that i was doing it about once a month i last did weights on sunday.
And do you think 2 days a week would be enough to build muscle ?

Re: How to train
the easiest way to go:
train full body 3 times a week
25 reps per movement spread over as many sets as you need to get them (5 x 5, 3 x 8, 2 x 12 etc)
don't get caught up in stuff that doesn;t matter

Re: How to train
What about 3x10 .. full body workouts 2 or 3 times a week
And how much rest between sets ?

Re: How to train
why 3 x 10?
Re: How to train
i just seem to prefer this rep range.
Re: How to train
for what reason/s?
Re: How to train
I just find it more fun lol
Re: How to train
use a avriety of sets and reps...something low, something medium and something high
