Warm up sets
If i was going to work legs,shoulders,biceps would i do a warm up set for legs then do heavy set then warm up set for shoulders then heavy set etc. or would i do warm up sets for all muscles and then heavy sets.

do 2 - 3 low rep warm up sets fort 1st heavy exercise and you shouldn't need more after that

dont you do high reps for warm up and so would i just do warm up sets for say the squat not other exercises ?

why warm up with high rep sets? you'll be tired before you start
