Ethyl Esther is supposed to be better, as it alledgedly cause no water retention, requires no loading and can be cycled continuously.

Cycling it continuously is not a good thing in mind you should still do either a 2-3 months on 1 off, or minimum a 3 weeks on 1 off cycle.

There was reports not long after Ethyl Esther came out, supposedly saying it was not 100% safe, and couldn't bypass gut enzymes, which could strip off the Esther bond and leave you with a fancy type of Monohydrate.

The claims were supposedly rumours put out by a Kre-alkalyn manufacturer, as Kre came out about a year prior to E E, however I never saw anything to support this, so read into that what you will.

Rssults wise, something that has less water retention, should theoretically perform a little better, because you don't have any retained water weight affecting power to weight ratio.

been thinking about trying some creatine meself
is it right that it makes your muscles look bigger because it fills them with water ?
dosnt sound right to me if so why would people want that

i take body fortress protein drink at the mo and have a shake 30 mins before work out and 1 after a work out
so would it be ok to start creatine aswell ?

heavy lifting requires the use of the atp-pc system which lasts for 8 - 10secs if you're lucky...creatine can extend this a little so you might get more reps at a heavier wt thus growth potential increases...it draws water and glycogen into the muscles too which gives you that swelled look like a bodybuilder...the problem is that once you stop then you look smaller as you're retaining less

Wow, funny, hubby just purchased some Kre-alkalyn today. The guy at the store said no water retention. Is this true?? :?:

Kre-alkalyn was never to knowledge, touted when it first came out, as no Water retention. Every report I saw, put it at roughly about 50-60%, of what you get with Monohydrate.

Creatine Ethyl Ester, was supposedly the one that had no water retention. Then reports surfaced that CEE didn't necessarily bypass Gut enzymes, which meant supposedly the Ester bond got stripped off, leaving you with a fancy Monohydrate equivalent. Plus it supposedly wasn't 100% safe.

CEE superceeded Kre-alkalyn by around 12-18 months.

The rumours then were circulating, that this CEE bashing was put out by a Kre-alkalyn manufacturer, to scare people back onto Kre.

I never saw conclusive proof as to which was the truer of the scenarios, so take it how you will.

Ok, thx, Boss!!! hubby loves to try new stuff but I just don't trust what those guys say in the stores. One guy was too busy showing us his abs to answer our questions!! Ok, we get it....you work out so you must know your stuff. NOT!!! LOL. I think I will just stick to whey protein, thanks.
