Well it is hard! I stalled at 200 lbs for about 2 months, maybe even more. Now I lost 5lbs, and I don't feel that I lost muscle. One thing for sure is that I didn't lose strength.
Anyway, it's all about the diet... Training is really just secondary, if not at very end. I think diet, rest, sleep is all more important than actual training.
