What would you consider a set when it comes to crocs?

I wouldn't sorry. I think Crocs are ugly, disgusting, unfashionable, boring, dull and a personality killer.

Just being honest :).

Im not talking about the shoes :lol: Im talking about the exercise.where you put your feet on a disk and pull your body across the floor .How many times back and forth would you consider a set?

Is it like an ab roller exercise, but your feet slide instead of your hands? I never heard of it, but if it is I would do as many as I could for three sets with a minute break in between. Mark down how many you could do and aim to do one more rep each set the next time you do them.

What do you think about Mizuno running shoes??? Ba ha ha ha ha Sorry I couldn't resist picking on you :D Actually, I had no idea what the original psoter was talking about... first gut instsinct was shoes also.....and yes they are disgusting for sure!

I had a pair of Mizunos once I think, not for running, just regulars. I think they're the ones with the logo on that looks vaguely like a golf club if the head was triangular.

Good enough I'd say. Never had any problems, until obviously they got a bit shabby, but lasted well.

I agree... I did not know what it was and didn't want to know b/c it didn't sound right :shock:
But now I know and it seems pretty intense upper body workout...
