Three colour choices.

1. Red.

2. Burgundy.

3. Brown.

More winners have worn red than any other colour.

JEALOUSSS I loooove doing taxes. I'm doing bookkeeping now so everyday is tax and crunch day. I looove it!

Gotta work on that stress babe. Take a bath or some deep breaths or something. Or poo at work. That *always* makes me feel better. And I KNOW how you are, so I really think that will help.

xoxo
I'm totally cracking up about pooping at work. Thats some funny stuff right there. You know me so well. I do love anything to do with the poo.

I know I've gotta work on the stress. I'm usually not stressed out. Just lately. It will get better.

I secretly love doing taxes too. Mine are COMPLICATED because I was a student last year, rented house out for half the year then moved back and lived in it for half the year, plus i worked 4 different jobs and did a bunch of repairs to house. Its kinda fun figuring it all out. I'm just hoping I'm doing it right!

Why are you dying Nokes? You should getting money back with the purchase of those two houses won't you?

Speaking of Poo... Nokie hows the poo issue going? Getting any better? Are you eating those veggies?

You can take Psyllium for Stool problems. The Insoluable fibre softens it up, if it's a problem with infrequent pooing.

Dear Cassie,

I’m not sure if you noticed but I work day and night with numbers including taxes.
At the moment I’m kind of working 7 days a week… from 5AM-8PM dealing with taxes.
So yeah… uh…. Kinda dying.

As for diet… Since I am doing weekly thing… it’s pretty much getting better.
I increased a lot of veggies & fibers and going regular every other day.
(Better than every 3-4 days constipated)

And regarding taxes....long story short….even thought I bought 2 houses… The other one is not under name.
So I only claim 1. I hope I get something back so credit card bills can go DOWN!!!!

Oh yeah.... Beside a pink outfit.... I think you would look great in Burgundy.

I think that light green color is nice but looks a bit similar to the last one you wore? Maybe go for something totally different. RED is a strong color, shows aggressive confidence - a power color - a good choice. I like BURGANDY too, because it is a strong color like red, but a little softer, and would look be a great contrast with some sequins and sparkles. That is of course if you don't go with HOT PINK, which I think you would totally rock! :D

Leslie I know I liked you!

I'm not a red person either. Not at all. I think red makes me look pale and washed out. Just can't pull that color off. I'm a blue and green kinda gal too. Sooo I think I'll stick to those colors.

I like that Lincoln quote above.

Nokieee!

Hey girlfriend!

Oh man no wonder you're not excited about taxes. :( Jeeze girl you're working ALOT! I feel for ya!

I am very glad to hear that you're "going" every other day! Yay you! Definitely better than every 3-4 days.

Hmmm... Pink maybe but i'm not really a fan of burgundy. I'm really liking that green color....

Ok back to work... or atleast pretending to work.

7 weeks and 2 days out from first show of the season. Yay me!

So I'm feeling ALOT better today about life and current situation. Last night... after quite a bit of soul searching this past few weeks... I broke up with fiance. Man oh man do I feel like a weight has been lifted off of shoulders. We'd been together for almost 2 years and it was pretty hard to accept the fact that we aren't, have never been, and i'm pretty sure never will be, in love with each other. You kind of start to picture your life turning out a certain way and its really hard when it takes a turn in another direction. I've spent the past 2 years trying to talk myself into being in love with a guy who, in heart, I've always known wasn't the right one for me. Sooo last night I finally came clean with him and we called off the wedding and the relationship. It ended on AMAZINGLY good terms; no harsh words or hard feelings. In fact, hes been livig with me for 6 months now and will continue to live with me until he can finish out the next 2 terms of school at the local college. We'll basically be roommates and friends, which I'm really happy about because hes a great guy and I truly value and look forward to a friendship with him. Today I feel free and I feel happier than I've felt in a very very long time.

With that said, its time to really buckle down and get serious about this competition business. 7 weeks is not much time and with everything thats been going on lately I've been a bit sidetracked. For the next 7 weeks i'm planning to really hard and see what i can do with body. If I'm not 100% for this first show I'll be fine with that, however I certainly don't want to get up on stage and embarrass myself in a skimpy little bikini.

Today appetite is coming back so feel pretty good about that. In fact, its time for me to prepare a big tasty bowl of oatmeal and eggwhites and I can hardly wait so i'm off to get some food in tummy.

Hope all is well with everybody. Tomorrow is FRIDAY!

Well holy shit indeed nokie!

LOL! I've felt totally lost for the past couple of weeks too trying to figure out what the hell to do. Today, however, I feel like a brand new woman with endless opportunities! Yipeee!

Shoot me an email if you need to talk about it. I'm here for ya! This relationship stuff is hard and it sucks at times. Why didn't they tell us that it was so hard to grow up? This adult stuff is complicated!

Oh Girls! goodness there is a lot to catch up on :D

Cassie,

You are amazing and I am so proud of how far you have come. I am sorry that your engagement did not pan out, however, better to have figured that out now, than later...fo sure! It sounds like everythig was very amicable and you both were comfortable with the decision. hubby and I will be together for 18 years this March and I will tell you that marriage is very hard work. Then you thorw kids on the mix and though they add much joy to yout life, it can be very straining on a relationship, especially teenagers!

I'm glad you're feeling better and can focus on the task at hand. You will be amazing, I just know it. Your confident, secure in who you are, and have a couple competitions under your belt. So you know what to expect. I anticapate a super bright future for you girl and I'll be cheering you on the whole way!

Nokie,

You too are an amazing woman. I admire and respect you immensly and life can defiantely throw you some curveballs. But as the saying goes, "that which does not kill us, only makes us stronger." Try to take care of yourself, as I know with daily stresses, it is so easy to put yourself last. Remember you are worth it and deserve the best a gal could have. Any man would be lucky to have you in his life and don't you forget it;)

Remember...I ALWAYS HAVE YOUR BACKS GIRLS!

Cassie and Nokie, life has a way of working itself out, and we just have to allow it to find the way. You two girls are brilliant, strong, beautiful and will find that as life unfolds in the years ahead that you will be able to look back and know that you did what was right for you, as hard as it may have been. I wish when I was younger I would have had the courage and strength and most of all the confidence to step out and take control of life, instead of trying to please everyone else and afraid of being on own, it would have spared me alot of pain and unhappiness. So take it from someone who has "been there done that" - Don't waste a minute of your life being "safe" or trying to do what you think is the right thing for everybody - you only end of losing who you are and what your dreams are. So, I applaud you guys for being strong independent women, capable of molding your future, determining your OWN destiny and working through your problems, knowing what is right for you, and in your best interests.
Yes, Cassie this "adult stuff is complicated"! lol, but you have an advantage over alot of people - you know what you want, and you aren't afraid to go after it and do the work it takes it get it. Same goes for you Nokie. You girls have always inspired me, and even tho' I'm twenty "something" years older than you, you still are a "role model" for me and countless others.
Chin up in the weeks ahead, good things are coming, people will come into your life, and sometimes go out of your life, but the relationships you build along the way, and the way you handle them, makes you a stronger person. :D
