Hi
I have been going to the gym for about 2years now and ive gained weight and muscle, from the small build as a base. Ive got to 10 and a half stone (started at 7 and a half stone) but want to gain more muscle. However as part of weight gain a have added fat to stomach.
To get a six pack i need to lose the weight of stomach but i want to stay around 10 and a half.
So ive got to lose weight off stomach but add it everywhere else.
Any suggestions on how to gain weight but also how to lose it off stomach at the same time.
thanks for your help.

Remove 10 grams of Carbs, (40 calories), from each meal, then add around 4-4.5g of Fat back in, from healthy Sources, like Oils, Seeds and carb free Nuts.
Then you create a Carb deficeit which will be supplied by Fat, but you maintain calories, so hopefully no sacrifce of muscle.
You might find slightly reducing Salt helps, as Salt can cause water retention if it's too high.
I wouldn't cut Carbs any more than that, because you might end up without a needy supply to fuel the Brain and help synthesise Proteins.

I'm not sure you are going to be able to gain muscle and get super-lean at the same time; not if you've already been training for two years. You may need to spend some time working specifically on fat loss.
