Just did cardio. Had a good workout. Also saw how many chinups I could do max now and it's 17.5. I have no idea how much better that is than the beginning.

Way overestimated what I could do today. It was still probably the best workout I have had. Many of the sets after "no rest" were supposed to be 20 reps but I never got there lol.
