Re: c-section- is it still possible to get a flat ??
I just joined, and I want to tell each of you ladies THANK YOU!! This is a topic you can't find much information on, atleast I haven't. I had 3 kids in 4 yrs, all 3 c-section, gaining 65 lbs with each. I could still get pants on rear, so what does that tell you about where I gained weight. goal is to have a flat stomach, and be toned all over. I've been getting better on the diet and excercise because I'm determined to not look the 32 that I will be. Girls I'm gonna put the 20 yr olds to shame this summer! After a month of VERY hard work I've lost an inch and a half off stomach. I wasn't overweight by much, but I was no where near healthy. So, I'm going to listen to your progress and advice. And for once I'm going to know that I'm not the only one!! Good luck, and may each of you have great success and meet your goals!

Hi, katie!!! First off welcome and congrats on your success so far!
Well, no you are not alone. This is a concern for many of us which is why I started this thread. It seems that you are making great progress and we are with you all the way. We have some things in common. We are both about the same height (I am 5') and when I started exercise program I was about the same weight which was 130 lbs. Very heavy for height and small frame. That was the most I have ever weighed in life even while pregnant!!
Since May being mostly consistant with diet and exercise I am down to about 113 lbs. I have lost the weight from face, upper body, arms, hips & legs but am still struggling with the dreaded lower pooch.
I am NOT going to give up and want to encourage you also to attain your goals! You can do this! WE can do this!!! Please keep us posted on how you are doing and what you are doing to achieve your goals!!!! Remember, we are in this together!
