how to increase biceps
I'm little demotivated because biceps, triceps doesn't increasing and i have good chest, abs ,shoulders. and taking good diet and i follow proper routines of various exercises. please guide me.

I must declare a conflict of interests here.
This individual contacted me on this issue privately. I had not at the time seen this copy of the message in public.
I occasionally deal with stuff in private, like say sensitive personal issues, or if I give permission for people to contact me privately on other matters, but normally I direct people onto the board for normal stuff, because then others can contribute and learn.
Not only is this double posting, which I've stickied about on the forum, but also it causes worse confusion, if someone starts referring to complimentary or contradictory advice, posted privately where public respondees can't read it.
I don't and never would advise behind other peoples backs, because anyone who responds to things like public questions or opinions with or without an attached poll, deserves, (if I feel they are a little innacurate or wrong), a polite response outlining why I think that, not me contacting the question poster in private, to coerse them into way of thinking, which effectively is like privately crapping on other members.
I am declaring this to be honest and truthful and politely asked the individual, to refrain from further semi-private double posting. I repeat, I NEVER, deliberately say anything that may contradict peoples public responses, with a "behind closed doors" attitude.
This happened on this occasion, because I saw the posters PM, before the forum post and that is the ONLY circumstances where it would happen.
