Not really. The Arginine content will promote NO production and Vasodilation of Bloodvessels. plus the Tryptophan and Phenylalanine will promote Seratonin releases, but feelings with Protein shakes before is, that they are meant to assist growth and / or repair of muscle, which would be somewhat counterproductive during a a muscle tearing phase.
The Carbs would be preferential to help increase recovery, as you'd use the Carbs instead of more muscle Glycogen, so hopefully preserving Glycogen would allow less time to make levels recover post-workout, if you use less to begin with.
I don't see massive problem with this idea, except you'd be having a lot of protein in a 90 minute timeframe. might be easier possibly to have a solid meal 60-90 minute pre-workout.

I like the idea of a turkey sandwich. Can I also mix in some days of have for example, tuna the canned ones from bumble bee? I'm not a sea food type eater at all lol but I have found to enjoy the Tuna lemon one.

Turkey Sandwhiches eh? Damn you know that just might catch onLesplease wrote: i call it "turkey sandwich".

You should patent that recipe and open up a franchise. Give Burger King and McD a run for their Money.
Turkey Queen sounds good as a name.
