hey guys i am just starting to get into gettig into shape i was doing bench presses for damn near the first time ever and for some reason i felt it more in shoulders than chest what am i doing wrong? are there any other really good chest exercises i dont go to a gym i just happen to have a crp bench in basement thanks in advance
your chest is weak compared to your shoulders...make sure yiou are lowering to the nipples and don't let your elbows go too far below the of the becnh..most of all concentrate on the chest doing something which is a solid reason why benched aren't that great for actual chest building but are for overall mass...maybe use db's...i';m a bug push up man though
