Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein

Post by cyrax_101 »

This is not an ad .

I am planning to buy this protein powder. I need reviews. I was reading through the ingredients and checked that it had sucralose. After that I am not sure if it is fine. I was thinking of getting something with the least amount of carbs / sugars possible

Quite a lot of protein powders have Maltodextrin.

You can get optimum nutrition 100% natural whey which is naturally sweetened so you don't have to worry about sucralose or any of the other sweeteners. I normally just do the cheaper option though, which is mixing an unflavoured whey protein powder with a milkshake powder.
