Hey guys I'm a pretty active person.i go to the gym minimum 3 times a week with all hard core exercise routines..
i have this Major problem with side fat..love handles..lots of people say it is the hardest part to loose since usually the body is suppose to store the fat in the part..but in some cases some people store it on the sides..
so yes i know lots of it is part of nutrition..and workouts are all HIT 30 to 60 seconds interval.i do burn big time..but it is still there!!lol
so the rest of body is getting cut but i have Love handles popping out..lol
i have every thing to motivate me and im supper sicked about fitness.. body's are tired of hearing me talk fitness..lol
i got almost all the apps on itouch and workout gernal to..
but it's still depressing..
hard to loose ...

Re: hard to loose ...
It sounds more liek a case of what you eat, rather than how you train.
What meals do you eat and what times do you eat?
Bearing in mind, if you have any slight side issues with Dairy or Wheat, they might be to blame, though I'm not vilifying them, as they could be innocent foodstuffs.

Could be some kind of reaction to Wheat or Sodium. The Wheat thing may have just happened, or perhaps you made changs to your diet and inadvertantly started consuming a much higher amount of Salt, which could cause Water retention
The bloating could be from too much increased Water, or possibly you started using something like Casein Protein or something with Maltodextrin in it, as occasionally they can cause a mild bloat for some, but it's not to understanding a very common thing with either.
I wouldn't advise you tackle any potential bloating issue with multiple "fixes", because you might then stop doing something that isn't necessary, like stop eating wheat or drink less water, when they don't cause bloating for you. Plus you won't then isolate the culprit for your problem either
I suggest you use a trial by elimination method. Do one thing, give it about 5-7 days and see if that works. If not, then continue doing it again and try doing something else to reduce the bloating.
Some Pro-biotic Yoghurts and Pre-biotic may relieve bloating, but that just uses Yoghurts as some kind of curative measure, instead of a preventative measure. Good though some of them are, they won't relieve you of the source of your bloating, as you'll still be ingesting it.
