I would recomend the "six second abs" program

Its very good i started noticing results from day 1.

not only can i feel the abs i can see them aswell

atm its really cheap on ebay ranging from £6-£15 quid

i would recommend it, it even comes with a DVD and a dietry plan

and no this isnt an advertisment i know it sounds like it ive read this over 2 or 3 times bad
