I have a six pack but not filling out the sides

Hi all, I used to have a killer 6 pack all filled out real nice, then i became ill for about a month couldn't do anything and lost about 10 pounds. All of it muscle. arms just went to bone basically but I am slowly building everything back up but I still have a 6 pack but either side of the pack is really skinny. How can i fill out these parts out to look more beefyer if that makes sense :P. Also, one side of stomach has a big indent when I tense, why is this?

Try doing some Russian twists and side planks for direct work on the obliques. I'd also consider deadlifts since they are great for core muscle beside the primary movers. Remember obliques are a rotary (twisting, turn on central axis) muscle and should be trained that way.

how would i get six pack to stand out, it shows im down to 8% body fat and water intention is low too, i do 1 hour and 30 minutes of cardio 5 days a week, and lift weights 3 days a week im very toned up but i want that look that the six pack too stand out how do i do that would i need to take winstrol or tren? diet is very good im under 1000 callories on weekdays and it ballances out on weekends cause i do 2 hours to 3 hours of cardio to maintain look. so how do i get those hard sixpacks to stand out

Sorry, but i'm afraidn your diet is not good. You're supposed to eat around 2,000 a day if you're not active and you could add another 300-500 on top for exercise.

If this contineus you could devlop deficiencies and could also cause yourself thin Bones, with an increased risk of fractures from doing any exercise, if you do anything that exceeds the tolerance of a bone or bones.

Overall health is more impotrant than just a 6-pac :).
