I just like to say what a great website ...it is informative,by showing u the right way ,love the video.and all the infromation that comes with the video's.it gives me the inspirtation and the drive..and most of all the goal into what i am trying to achieve,is to lose weight and feel better...to date i have lost 70 pounds,and still going ,so i can get to goal weight of 155.Keep up the great work!!! evryone at the gym that i go to ask me how did u do it.what i tell them it's working out hard and clean eating and SHAPEFIT....THANK YOU.......p.s have to up date photos soon ...

well i did it i got to second goal weight of 197 ...... well i passed it goal weight of 199 ...and again i have to give thanks to this wounderfull website ,now only 44 more pound ( or less ) to get to final goal weight and to get this body fixed up...p.s i still tell everyone where i get infromation from and tell them check it out.....
