Looks fine. I'd suggest chaning the Low Fat Cottage Cheese for Low Fat cheese. It's got more Protein per gram, but it's got more good Fat as well.

You are not having problems now, because you are probably running around all day, growing and not eating to much for what you do. This may change later in life. You already know what is not so optimal so work on that. You do not need a meal plan. Watch that you get enough fruits and vegetables and try not to eat when you are bored (that will make big problems later in life) instead look for something else to do.
