Started doing the Huge in a Hurry by Chad Waterbury. I've let myself go so long that I've ballooned to 300#. Question is would it be ok to do cardio on the 3 days of workout and on the days in between or would this be too much. Not really looking to get " huge in a hurry" I'm 45 and don't expect to grow a lot of muscle but would like to lose weight and be able to tie shoes without passing out.
