What times do you eat, what do you eat and what meals or snack choices if any, do you have any control over?

Hi Jonathan,
I know it can be frustrating when you limited in your meal choices. And BossMan asked the right questions about your other meals/snack intake. One thing that you should have control over is the portion size. If the food is particularly fattening that is being prepared start with a smaller portion and see if that satisfies you. Next, you can eliminate sodas, sugared drinks or other liquid calories that you may not realize you are consuming. That means, drinking more water (which is a good thing, anyway). Lastly, it can't hurt to increase your cardio if you feel that the calorie intake is more than you body needs.
Have you ever asked to participate in the cooking? Getting involved may help with some of the negotiations on what ends up on the table.
Hope this helps!

Hi Jonathan, can you cook your own food? I suggest that you eat more fruits then try to eat tuna every one and then if the food they prepare at your home doesn't suit you.
