Visceral Ab Fat

I am not too overweight, I have sub-cutaneous fat, have grown a small "beer ", have have "love handles". I also know that I have Visceral Abdominal Fat, fat that stores up around one's organs, deep fat. I was told that it may be from medication that I'm take. May be that I'm just getting old. Or both. I know I could get rid of it, but I want to know how to do it safely and how to keep it off. Any suggestions.

Usual methods for getting rid of Fat. Decent Carido, good effective weight training and a diet that got some decent healthy Fat, protein and not too much Carbs.

Do you currently exercise?

Wha do you eat and what times do you eat?

Yeah, fat loss is fat loss. We can't choose where we lose it from so the best bet is to focus on overall weight loss. As was said before diet, cardio and resistance exercise are important. Try doing full body circuit training and interval cardio workouts for best results. Journal your foods, spread calories out over 3 meals and 3 snacks a day and keep fats at about 30% and carbs around 40% (this includes fruit, veggies, whole grains and legumes).

Ahhh Legumes. Protein, Carbs, Antioxidents. You pretty much get the best of all worlds, so where are they going wrong. Nowhere :wink:
